基于Matlab的曲柄摇块机构动力学仿真

摘    要:用Matlab来进行机构运动、动力学仿真分析,有利于精确、简便、高效地实现机械传动设计。文章应用Matlab对一种曲柄摇块机构的无级变速器进行运动学和动力学分析,推导了无级变速嚣各构件加速度关系的闭环矢量方程和所受力与力矩的齐次线性方程组,建立了机构的运动和动力仿真模型。经Matlab/Simulink求解和动态仿真,结果表明:基于Matlab的机械传动设计。能有效的获得机构的运动和动力特性,缩短开发周期。

Abstract:As a new method for mechanism analysis, Matlab is important for precision, conveniency, flexibility and quickness of design on mechanical transmission, In this article, kinematical and dynamic analysis of Crank-rocker mechanism has been done. Its dimensional parameters have also been optimized, By using SIMULINK toolbox in MATLAB, the kinematical simulation model and dynamic simulation model can be established, considering acceleration vector loop equations and homogeneous linear equations about force and torque of each component, and then the kinematical and dynamic characteristics of the mechanism can be easily discussed.
