| 摘 要： | 特许连锁是连锁经营的重要形式之一，特许连锁合同是特许人和受许人之间的纽带。特许合同是一种典型的无名合同，它的内容复杂，特征鲜明，是一种以特许知识产权的授权为基础，具有买卖、租赁等性质的复合性合同。

| Abstract: | Franchise chain is one of the important chain - like management forms, franchising chain contracts are the link between Licensees and Permit tees, these were the three most important elements in the franchising system. Franchising chain contract is one kind of typical unnamed contract, its content is complex, the characteristic is obvious, is one kind of Complex contracts, which take specially permits the intellectual property rights the authorization as the foundation, with the sale, leasing the complex nature of the contract. |
