| Abstract: | The reform objective of the state enterprises is to estabish a modern enterprise system.The reform body is mainly about the state enterprises themselves.Since the government in our country is the representative of the owner of state assets and in history was also the operator of state enterprises, this special status and relationship decide that the government must participate the reform of state enterprises. |
