| 摘 要： | 学校在市场经济条件下出现了经营行为，但由于目前缺乏科学理论指导，这不仅让学校管理者感到困惑，同时也时理论研究提出了挑战。研究学校经营问题，重新构建学校管理理论，引导学校从传统的行政管理向适应市场经济发展的学校经营转变，是当今教育管理学发展研究的当务之急。本文主要就学校经营概念的界定，学校经营的可行性、现状以及前提条件和运作模式等问题提出了思路和建议。

| Abstract: | Under the market economy condition, management actions appear in schools, but due to the shortage of the direction of scientific theory, these actions annoy the managers of schools, and at the same time challenge the theory research. The urgency of modern education management research is to study the management of school, to establish the school management theory, to guide school transformation from traditional administration to management so as to accommodate schools to the development of market economy. This paper presents some ideas and advice for the concept of school management, the feasibility, actuality, preconditions and operation patterns of school management. |
