| 摘 要： | 始于1999年的高校扩招，在初期收到了很好的效果，但近几年高校扩招步子太快太急，创造了过大的高等教育供给。在经济发展水平和高等教育规模的关系上，经济发展水平决定一个国家的高等教育发展规模。我国目前是一个不发达国家，因此上我们只能确定一个有限度的高等教育发展规模，我们需要进一步加强高等教育的宏观调控，确保高等教育健康有序地发展。

| Abstract: | Enlargement of higher school admission, which started in 1999, revealed a good effect at the beginning. However, it has expanded too much supply in higher education because it strides too quick and hurriedly. In the relation between the economic developing level and the scale of higher school education, it is the former that decides the latter. Since we are still a developing country we can only limit the development of our higher school education to a proper scale. We need further strengthen our macroscopic control of higher education to ensure its development in a healthy, orderly way. |
