| 摘 要： | 高校中层干部是高校管理系统中的重要管理层次,在高校整体管理工作中起着决定性的作用.为落实科学发展现,推动学院发展,对我院中层干部队伍建设问题进行了专题调研.调研包括中层干部队伍现状、存在问题及原因,并提出解决问题的思路及对策.
