| 摘 要： | 以陕北地区府墙二级公路为例探讨了水土流失预测所存在的问题,提出预测水土流失欠缺考虑的因素,并给以后低等级公路预测水土流失时提出建议,最后呼吁北方公路建设与生态环境应协调发展.
