| 摘 要： | 学生思维训练作为人类社会的一种社会实践活动，不仅仅是心理学研究的内容，更重要的是它也属于管理学研究的范畴。从管理学的角度来看，在对学生思维训练的管理过程中，应该以管理的二重性为依据，正确处理思维训练方法、方式的借鉴和扬弃；以组织理论为先导，创建和借助良好的组织，为思维训练营造良好的环境氛围；以管理关系理论为基准，理顺思维训练的主、客体关系；以人性化研究成果作铺垫，注重人性化的思维训练管理模式的运用。

| Abstract: | College students'mental training,as one socia l practice,belongs not only to the field of psychology also to management.Accor ding to the management view,it's necessary to depend on management duality,wit h the reference and sublation used in the ways and methods,to creat a well-orga nized group to pave the way for a switable surroundings;with the help of manage ment theory;to make a subject and object relationship with the base of managem ent theory;to practise the management mode of human nature during the mental training,with the help of the study achievement of human nature. |
