| 摘 要： | 中华民族历来有重视道德教化的传统 ,以德治国思想在一定意义上与中国古代德治传统存在一脉相承的关系 ,是对传统德治的继承与弘扬。在发展社会主义市场经济和现代化建设事业中 ,崇尚道德的传统始终不能舍弃。由于传统德治有其历史局限性 ,因此 ,以德治国思想的提出不是传统德治的简单复归 ,而是在马克思主义理论指导下 ,从中国现实国情出发 ,在原则上和内容上对传统德治的创新发展

| Abstract: | The Chinese nation have always had the tradition of attaching importance to the virtue moralizing. The thought of ruling the country with morality, in a sense, bears a relation to the traditional rule of virtue in the ancient China, which inherits and promotes the traditional rule of virtue. In the cause of building socialist market economy and the socialist modernization, we cannot abandon the traditional lofty morality. Because of the historical limitation of the traditional rule of virtue, putting forward the thought of ruling the country with morality is not only the simple retrieval of the traditional rule of virtue but also the innovation and development of the traditional rule of virtue in the principle and content under the guidance of Marxist theories based on the real state of our country. |
