| 摘 要： | 工程量清单审核是合理确定工程量清单中分部分项工程综合单价及工程总造价的必要程序.通过对工程量清单检查和复核,不但能及时澄清错误和问题,使之更加合理地报价,也给签订施工合同、竣工结算带来了很多方便.
