| 摘 要： | 教师专业发展不仅需要外部因素的引领,更离不开教师自身的内在动力。教学反思是教师专业发展的内在要求,它有助于促进教师进行自我更新与自我发展,实现专业自主。在教师教育中创设条件培养教师的反思特质,对促进教师专业化具有重要作用。
