| 摘 要： | 项目教学法是现代教育中富有创意和实效的实践教学方法之一。在教学中运用项目教学法有利于学生实际操作能力的培养,帮助学生更好地掌握理论知识,提高教学效果。本文根据《房地产市场营销》课程内容和特点,构建了项目教学法模型,并在实际教学中进行实践运用,取得了较好的成效。

| Abstract: | Project teaching is one of the creative and effective teaching methods in modern education.The application of project teaching method in teaching is conducive to training students’ actual operation ability,helping students to better master the theoretical knowledge,improving the teaching effect.In this paper,according to the contents and characteristics of "real estate marketing" course,we construct the project teaching method in practical teaching mode,and obtained good results. |
