| 摘 要： | 结合高校和企业联合培养研究生现状的研究,总结了理工类院校在校企联合培养研究生方面取得的经验和启示,并以东北林业大学机电工程学院校企联合培养研究生的实施过程为例,对校企联合培养研究生的模式进行了分析,为研究生培养体制的变革提供了借鉴和验证。

| Abstract: | Combined with the research status of joint training of universities and enterprises, this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment of joint training of universities and enterprises. Then taking College of Mechanical Engineering in Northeast Forestry University as an example, analyses the pattern of joint training, and provides reference and verification for culture system reformation of postgraduate education. |
