心理素质测评在高职院校单独招生中的应用探索

摘    要:近年来有的高职院校在单招考试中尝试使用心理素质测评,这种测试形式是高职招生改革必要而有益的尝试,但也面临不少问题。基于对以往人事选拔中心理素质测评应用经验进行分析后指出,高职院校在单招中使用心理素质测评应符合测量伦理,遴选具有专业资质的出题者,并基于胜任特征模型来开发测题。

Abstract:In recent years, psychological evaluation has been applied in separate enrollment in vocational colleges. Based on the re- sults of previous research,this article proposed that the application of psychological evaluation must comply with the measure ethic,vocational colleges should select experts with professional qualification,and developed measurement topics based on com- petency model.
