| 摘 要： | 本文对北京、上海、杭州、重庆以及厦门等地部分高三学生进行了有关普通高校招生考试法律意识的问卷调查,分析了当前我国考生法律意识、权利意识的现状。文章认为,当前我国考生的法律意识普遍偏低,并呈现出一定的层次性、矛盾性。为此,作者提出了具体的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on a questionnaire for the senior students in high school from Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chongqing and Xiamen, this paper analyses the current status of examinees' consciousness on their right and liability during the College Entrance Examination. The author concludes that the legal consciousness of the examinees is poor and paradoxical. A detailed solution is presented in this paper. |
