摘    要:高考加分政策使得少数人获得特权,同时政策保障不力滋生出许多高考中的腐败现象,有违教育公平的原则和法律规定。本文通过对高考招生的政策解读以及选取若干近期典型案例进行分析,探讨我国现行高考加分政策的缺陷。并指出,只有完善该政策中不合理部分,铲除催生高考招生中的腐败因素,方可确立良性有效的竞争环境,也从一定意义上维护高考的公平性。

Abstract:Everyone should be treated equally in the college entrance examination. But the extra credit policy of the college entrance examination grants privilege to the minority, and a number of corruptions, in particular, have been caused as a result of a weak political guarantee. These phenomena contrast to the principle of fairness in education, laws and regulations. By obtaining a thorough understanding of China's college entrance examination and analyzing some typical recent cases, this paper discusses the defects of the extra credit policy of the college entrance examination in China. At the same time, it has been asserted that only through the perfection of the extra credit policy and the eradication of elements which give rise to corruptions in the college entrance examination can establish a healthy, effective competitive environment, and secure the fairness of the examination to certain extent.
