| 摘 要： | 科举西传说是科举学研究中难度最大的问题。本文在综述科举西传说的由来的基础上,介绍科举制对英、法、美等西方国家的影响,并论述科举西传说得以确立的根据。1570年至1870年间,主要用英文出版的涉及中国科举的文献远不止七十余种,在此之外目前至少还可以找到近五十种相关文献,总数当在一百二十种以上。在已证明西方考试制度是将科举考试的公平竞争原则借鉴过去的情况下,找到当时明确指出英美等国文官考试制度曾借鉴中国科举制的宝贵资料后,科举西传说可以确立。

| Abstract: | The study of the influence on the western from the imperial examination in China is the most difficult issue in the imperial examination study. On the basis of summarizing the origin the viewpoint of Chinese influence on the western examination system, the thesis introduces the imperial examination system' s effect on the western countries, such as England, France and America, and proves the grounds on which the Chinese influence on the western examination system is established. From 1570 to 1870, there are more than 70 kinds of docu ments about the Chinese imperial examination published mainly in English. In addition, nowadays at least about 50 kinds of related documents can be found, and the total is above 120 kinds. Under the circumstance of having proved that the western examination system has used the imperial examination' s principle of competing fairly for reference, and after the valuable data about the civil official examination system in western countries having used the Chinese imperial examination system for reference have been found, the viewpoint about Chinese influence on the western examination system can be confirmed. |
