| 摘 要： | 民国时期,北京旅馆主要有西式旅馆、中西式旅馆、旧式旅馆、招待所和公寓。当时北京旅馆特别是西式旅馆和中西式旅馆普遍采用现代的管理体制和经营策略,并注重员工的选拔、培训与管理。总体来看,民国时期北京旅馆业呈现出类型层次多样化、服务理念现代化、管理体制现代化、经营业务多元化的时代特征。
