| 摘 要： | 粮食外交是冷战时期美国遏制战略的重要组成部分,也是目前学术界研究较为薄弱的领域。冷战时期美国粮食外交主要经历了三个阶段的演变,即"粮食用于和平计划"时期(1954—1961)、"通过发展实现粮食用于和平计划"时期(1961—1963)以及"粮食用于自由计划"时期(1963—1969)。依据美国解密外交档案,就不同历史时期美国粮食外交的主要内容和实施特点,本文也进行了具体分析。
