| 摘 要： | 近代以来中国文物屡遭西方掠夺,大量外流。民国时期随着国家主权观念强化,国人文物主权意识开始萌生,后在中西文物权属争执过程中逐渐确立文物主权观念。专业文物保护团体、机构依次建立,文物保护法规颁布,对其后的文物学、博物馆学及考古学发展产生了重要影响。
