| 摘 要： | 谬误论是墨家逻辑的重要组成部分。墨家对谬误论的原创性研究，内容丰富、深邃，有中国特色。《墨经》结合中国古代语言的特点，分析思维形式及其规律方面的谬误，讨论谬误的产生根源和预防方法，形成初具规模的谬误论，至今仍有启发和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Fallacy theory is an important constituent of Mohist school's logic.Mohist school's initial study of fallacy theory is rich,profound and of Chinese characteristics.Combining with ancient language of China,Mo jing analyzed the fallacies of thinking form and law,discussed the roots and preventive methods of fallacy,and took form the fallacy theory on certain scale,which still is enlightening and useful till today. |
