| 一带一路背景下河南省传统民间艺术的传承与发展 |

| 摘 要： | 随着"一带一路"倡议的提出与实施,文化部制定了《文化部"一带一路"文化发展行动计划(2016—2020)》,给地方传统民间艺术带来了新的发展契机,也带动了民间艺术的相关研究。而河南省传统民间艺术在传承与发展中还存在不少问题:人才老龄化严重,缺少传承人;民间艺术与学校教育没有进行有效的衔接;政府保护意识淡薄,管理不规范;地方民间艺术故步自封,创新发展缓慢。针对这些问题,河南省传统民间艺术的保护与传承应采取如下措施:丰富多元化的传承方式,加强民间艺术与学校教育的结合;加强相关部门的保护工作,规范管理;积极引导和鼓励民间艺人提升自身能力,推动民间艺术的创新发展。

The Inheritance and Development of Traditional Folk Art in Henan under the Background of One Belt and One Road |

| Abstract: | With the introduction and implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,the Ministry of Culture has carried out the inheritance and development plan of China excellent traditional art,providing development opportunities for the local traditional folk art.However,there are still many problems in the inheritance and development of traditional folk art in Henan province,such as serious talent aging,lack of inheritance;no effective connection between folk art and school education;lack of government protection awareness,management irregularities;local folk art being stuck in its own way and stagnant development.The protection and inheritance of traditional folk art in Henan should take the following measures:we should have diversified inheritance and combine folk art and education;we will strengthen the protection of relevant departments,standardize management,actively guide and encourage folk artists to improve their abilities by bringing in and going out. |
