| 摘 要： | 民主是人类政治文明发展的成果，不同的社会制度，民主的本质是不同的。社会主义民主的本质是“人民当家做主”的人民民主。文章从理论上分析了人民民主与社会主义的不可分割性；从中国共产党的目标追求和执政能力建设等方面阐述了“人民民主是社会主义的生命”的论断。

| Abstract: | Democracy is the result of human＇s political civilization development, and the nature of democracy is quite different in different social system. The nature of socialist democracy is the people＇s democracy of people being the masters of their own country. In this thesis, the author makes a theoretical analysis of the fact that socialist democracy is inseparable from socialism and he also expounds the topic that people＇s democracy is the life of socialism from the objective pursuit and the construction of governing ability of CPC. |
