| 摘 要： | 我们党依法治国基本方略的确立凝结着邓小平同志的心血。他领导我国进行经济体制改革，为依法治国提供了经济条件；他大胆进行政治体制改革，为依法治国奠定了政治基础；他主张精神明建设与法制建设相结合，为依法治国创造了思想化氛围；他要求建立完备的法律体系，为依法治国提供法律支持；他积极推进法学教育事业，为依法治国提供人才保障。邓小平为我国依法治国的基本方略做出了卓越贡献。
