| 摘 要： | 我国是人力资源大国，但不是人力资源强国。如何将人口压力变为人才优势，事关小康大业和现代化建设事业的成败。在人才培养中我们应该做好四个方面工作：热心发现人才，做到唯才是举；用心培养人才，做到人才辈出；诚心吸引人才，做到才为我用；善于使用人才，做到才尽其用。

| Abstract: | China is a country with rich resource of talented personnel,but not a powerful one depending on talented personnel.How to transfer population pressure into the advantage of talented personnel is concerned with whether the great task of building a wealthy society and the modernist construction will be successful or not.In the training of talented personnel,we should pay attention to the following four aspects: to discover the talented personnel zealously and recommend them actively;to train talented personnel carefully and make more people become talents;attract talented personnel sincerely and make them serve our country;to make use of talented personnel wisely and let them give full play to their specialty. |
