| 摘 要： | 期刊编辑编辑出版物时要面对众多编辑规范,编辑规范主要包括道德规范、法律规范和技术规范,编辑不仅要严格遵守编辑道德规范和法律规范,模范执行、积极宣传和推广编辑技术规范,而且要不断创新编辑规范。只有正确应用好规范,期刊才能实现标准化,期刊质量才能得以提升。

| Abstract: | While editing a periodical,the editor must face a lot of editing norms,which mainly includethe following three categories: moral norms,legal norms and technological norms.To these norms,the editor should not only strictly obey the moral and legal norms of editing,actively implement,propaganda and popularize the technological norms,but also innoviate the editing norms.Only by means of continuously applying norms properly,can we editing periodicals in a normal way and improve the quality of periodicals. |
