| “一带一路”沿线区域贸易协定质量研究 |

| 摘 要： | 文章基于Hofmann提出的贸易协定质量测度指标对"一带一路"沿线区域内签署的贸易协定质量进行测量和分析,得出如下结论:沿线区域贸易协定对于"WTO+"条款的覆盖率和执行率高于"WTO-X"条款;发达国家签订的贸易协定质量高于发展中国家,考虑到区域以发展中国家为主,从整体上来看沿线区域贸易协定质量较低;中国签订的贸易协定质量较低,但具有明显的增长趋势。未来"一带一路"沿线国家缔结的贸易协定应向高质量贸易协定的方向发展,并推动贸易协定与"一带一路"倡议相结合。

Research on the Quality of Trade Agreements in Regions along "One Belt and One Road" |

| Abstract: | Based on the quality measurement index of trade agreement put forward by Hofmann,this paper measures and analyzes the quality of trade agreements signed in the areas along "one belt and one road",and draws the following conclusions:the coverage and execution rate of the "WTO+" clauses in the regional trade agreements along the line is higher than that in the "WTO-X" clause;the quality of the trade agreements signed by the developed countries is higher than that in the developing countries,taking into account the regional development.As a whole,the quality of regional trade agreements along the line is relatively low,and the quality of trade agreements signed by China is relatively low,but there is an obvious growth trend.In the future,trade agreements concluded by all countries along the belt should be developed in the direction of high quality trade agreements and promote the integration of trade agreements with the "one belt and one road" initiative. |
