| 摘 要： | 随着互联网技术普及和国际竞争加剧,越来越多的外贸企业加入跨境电子商务潮流。跨境电子商务对于优化外贸交易方式和市场结构,提高外贸企业技术水平和贸易产品质量均具有重要推动作用。河南省对外贸易存在加工贸易占比过大、外贸市场过于集中等问题。河南省外贸企业应通过培养跨境电子商务人才、选择优质跨境电子商务平台、整合跨境电子商务资源、争取政府的政策支持等渠道突破发展瓶颈,加快外贸转型升级。

| Abstract: | With the popularization and application of Internet technology and the intensification of international competition,more and more foreign trade enterprises have joined the flow of cross-border e-commerce.Cross border e-commerce affects the optimization of foreign trade transaction mode and market structure,as well as the technical level and product quality of enterprises.There are some problems in Henan foreign trade,such as the proportion of processing trade is too large and the foreign trade market is too centralized.Henan foreign trade enterprises should break through the bottleneck of development and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade by training cross-border e-commerce talents,selecting high-quality cross-border e-commerce platforms,and integrating cross-border e-commerce resources. |
