| 摘 要： | 近年公开发表的有关《老子》的出土文献,为老子思想研究提供了新的材料。从出土文献来看,《老子》上、下篇的划分并非是依据其思想内容确定的,其八十一章的分法亦是后来形成的。老子以＂道＂为其思想的核心,阐发了＂道＂与＂德＂的关系是体与用、隐与显的关系。《老子》第三十八章提出的＂下德＂即＂仁、义、礼＂,仍属于＂德＂的范畴,只是未能像＂上德＂那样完美。

| Abstract: | The unearthed literature about Laozi published openly in recent years has provided the new materials for the research of Laozi.The paper will make the new explanations to the meanings of the Tao and Morals or their relations on the basis of the textual restoration through the analysis and comparison of the unearthed literature. |
