| 摘 要： | 发展小城镇是推进我国城镇化的重要途径，在小城镇的建设过程中，要坚持规划先行，合理布局，突出特色的原则；要把重点放到发展小城镇经济上面，宜农则农，宜工则工，要广辟投资融资渠道，鼓励企业和城镇居民投资；要在政府引导下主要通过发挥市场机制的作用建设小城镇。

| Abstract: | It's a important pass to promote our country's town level,developing a wide place in the road.In the process of construction of a wide place in the road,we must insist on antecedent programming,reasonable overall arrangement,standing out feature.We must concentrate on the ecnomic development of a wide place in the road,suiting agriculture to agriculture,suiting industry to industry.We must far and wide search variety channels of investment and financing,encourage the investment of enterprise,town and countryside's dweller,construct a wide place in the road via the rules of market under the leading of government. |
