| 摘 要： | 农民工工会是外出务工人员组织起来实现组织化维权的一种实践。信阳农民工工会的运作模式具有"源头建会、属地管理、联合互动、双向维权"的特征,这一运作模式适应了市场经济条件下维护外出务工农民合法权益的客观要求,契合了当代农民流动的社会基础,因而是一种有效的农民工维权模式。

| Abstract: | The Peasant Worker Union is a practice of outdoor-workers who organize to realize organized rights and interests-defending. The function mode of the peasant worker union is characteristic of coming from the origin, managing in the place where one belongs, combined interaction and defending rights and interests in two ways, this function mode is compatible to the objective demand of defending rights and interests of the outdoor-workers in the condition of marketing economy and also conforms to the social base of contemporary peasant transforming, so it is an effective mode for peasant worker to defend rights and interests. |
