| 摘 要： | "马太效应"是一种优势积累效应。在教育上,"马太效应"表现为优势教育资源的统整和集中,因其在某种程度上放大了市场在教育资源配置中的决定作用,而可能导致教育不公平。澄清"马太效应"在我国教育改革发展中作用的两面性,在理论上有助于我们清醒地认识"马太效应"在教育资源配置的过程中表现的优势和不足,在实践上则有助于我们制订正确的教育政策,建立平衡的教育机制,并通过推进教育法制建设,保障教育公平在我国社会转型期的最大程度实现。

| Abstract: | The Malthew Effect is a kind of predominance accumulated effects.It means concentrations of potentially educational resources.For it magnifies the deciding effects of the market in collocatting educational resources in some degree and may lead education to unjustice.Clarify the two sides effects of The Malthew Effect in the innovations and developments of our education,we can understand its predominance and shortage in theory. And it can also help us mapping out corectly educational policy,founding a balance educational machanism. Through putting forword educationally legal system,we can ensure to carrying out the education with equitableness at a largest degree in our country during its revolutionary. |
