| 摘 要： | 国际留学是教育国际化的重要内容,在其发展中相继出现了文化推广、教育产业和人才补给等三种类型。文章分析了国际留学政策的发展变化,正确分析了我国的教育国际化环境,在大力发展本国教育能力、积极推动“在地留学”的基础上,大胆“与狼共舞”,确立以文化传播为主导、大力发展产业型留学生教育的基本战略。

| Abstract: | Studying abroad which is important part of educational internationalization has three sorts in the development,that is culture expanding,educational industry and intelligence replenishment.Thus,Chinese stratagem of educational internationalizing should base on own superiority to implore own educational ability and "international study but not go abroad",and facilitate educational industry study for foreigner by traditional culture. |
