| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法,研究高职院校体育教师工作环境满意度状况,分析体育教师对领导行为、同事关系、教学条件、学生资源、待遇状况的满意状况,并提出了相应的对策,旨在为高职院校体育教学的开展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Using research methods such as literature data,interview and questionnairesurvey,this thesis does some research on P.E.teacher＇s degree of satisfaction with working environment in higher vocational school and analyzes P.E.teacher＇s degree of satisfaction with leadership,colleague relationship,teaching condition,student resource and treatment condition.What＇s more,this thesis also proposes corresponding countermeasures,which aims to provide reference for physical education in higher vocational school. |
