| 摘 要： | 在我国,依法治国已经写进了宪法,依法治国的关键是依法治农,也就是农民的合法权益能够得到保护,同时能获得相应的法律救济.中国基层法律服务所在农村法制建设中的作用不容忽视.文章通过对基层法律服务所的调查和研究,从农村法律服务的现状出发,探讨基层法律服务的作用及其困境,并提出若干对策和建议.

| Abstract: | It is constituted in China to rule by law and the key is to govern the farming by law and to protect the legal rights of the farmers. It is not wise to neglect the role of legal service at the root level in China. The paper puts forward several measures and advice in improving the role and directing a way out. |
