| 摘 要： | 在市场经济体制中,如何正确理解和处理社会公平与经济效率二者之间的联系和矛盾,关系到社会能否健康、和谐、快速的发展,尤其关系到我国目前中国特色社会主义市场经济建设的顺利进行。文章分别分析了现代社会公平和效率的内涵及其二者的辨证关系,阐述了社会主义公平观和效率观,针对我国存在的公平与效率之间的矛盾,认为政府应着重解决社会实际当中存在的不公平现象,促进公平与效率兼顾,协调发展。

| Abstract: | How to deal with the relations and conflict between social fairness and effect in marketing economy system will largely decide the smooth and healthy development of the socialist market economy construction with Chinese characteristics.After analyzing the dialectical relations between the two notions,the author holds that the government should put more emphasis on doing away with the unfairness in the society,so as to promote the balance between them. |
