| 摘 要： | 目的：研究盐酸曲马多口腔崩解片的质量控制方法。方法：考察该品的崩解时限，采用紫外分光光度计测定本品的溶出度和含量均匀度，采用HPLC法检测本品的含量和有关物质。结果：盐酸曲马多口腔崩解片平均崩解时限为36．5s，有关物质的测定方法分离度良好，溶出度测定方法准确度高。结论：该质量控制方法可靠。
