| 摘 要： | 教育既是民族振兴、社会进步的基石,也是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程,我国教育事业在快速发展的同时,也存在教育资源错配、教育支出非均衡等问题。借助于2005-2017年财政性教育支出面板数据,运用教育基尼系数对支出的非均衡进行测算,并对其极化效应以及影响因素进行分析。发现我国教育基尼系数和极化效应在考察期内呈下降趋势,基尼系数的高低与人均生产总值、交通、产业结构有关。

| Abstract: | Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress, as well as the fundamental project of the great rejuvenation of China. With the help of the fiscal education expenditure panel data from 2005 to 2017, the Education Gini coefficient is used to calculate the imbalance of expenditure, and its polarization effect and influencing factors are analyzed. It is found that the Gini coefficient of education and polarization effect in China show a downward trend during the investigation period, and the Gini coefficient is related to per capita GDP, transportation and industrial structure. |
