摘    要:自2016年加入"华盛顿"工程认证协议之后,"新工科"建设成为中国应对全球新一轮科技和产业革命的又一重大战略选择。历经"复旦共识""天大行动""北京指南"等一系列探索实践,我国的"新工科"建设走向纵深。对于高校而言,如何推进"新工科"专业建设和研究实践,仍有诸多困难。文章从新工科的内涵出发,将"新工科"专业分为新型工科专业、新生工科专业、新兴工科专业等三类,并分析了"新工科"专业的发展理路,包括学科专业建设的新路径、课程内容设计的新理念、人才培养体系的新模式、教育教学质量的新标准等四个方面。浙江省提出"新工科"建设的"浙八味"行动方案,浙江高校如Z大学、H大学、K大学、N大学分别通过课程群建设、复合型专业建设、建立"新工科"创新资源数据库、建设融入城市发展的学院集群和专业集群等方式有效推进了"新工科"专业建设,其先进经验值得借鉴。在此基础上,针对目前存在的问题,展望了我国高校"新工科"专业建设的未来重点方向,即打造应用型学科专业集群、构建教师跨界发展的新机制、多学科交叉融合新工科人才培养。

Abstract:Since China became a member of the "Washington Project Certification Agreement in 2016,""new engineering" construction has become another major strategic choice for the country to cope with a new round of global technological and industrial revolution. After a series of explorations and practices, such as "Fudan consensus","Tianda action" and "Beijing Guide", the construction of "new engineering" is stepping further. However, for colleges and universities, there are still many difficulties in how to promote the construction and research practice of "new engineering". Beginning with the connotation of new engineering, this paper divides "new engineering" into three categories: new engineering majors, new-typed engineering majors and newly-emerging engineering majors, and analyzes the development of new engineering majors in fourth aspects, including the new path of discipline construction, the new concept of curriculum design, the new mode of personnel training system, and the new standard of education and teaching quality. Zhejiang Province has put forward the "eight flavors of Zhejiang" action plan for the construction of "new engineering" discipline construction. Zhejiang universities, such as Z University, H University, K University and N University, have effectively promoted the construction of "new engineering" specialty through the construction of course group, the construction of compound specialty, the establishment of "new engineering" innovation resource database, building college clusters and professional clusters integrated into urban industrial development, etc. Their advanced experience is worth learning. On this basis, in view of the existing problems, this paper looks forward to the future direction of the construction of "new engineering" major in colleges and universities in China: to build application-oriented professional clusters, to build a new mechanism for cross-border development of teachers and multi-disciplinary integration of new engineering talent training.
