摘    要:劳动教育在新时代教育发展道路上具有奠基作用,是新时代劳动价值观在教育领域的具体体现,高校在完成立德树人这一根本任务的进程中,必须把加强大学生劳动教育作为一项基础性、重要性的任务。从高校大学生的主体地位、劳动教育的价值追求、劳动教育应遵循的理念和范式等三个维度阐述以学生为中心是高校劳动教育的价值落点,明确以学生为中心的高校劳动教育的内涵意蕴,并提出从全员、全程、全方位等三个方面实施劳动教育的原则和具体路径。

Abstract:Labor education has a fundamental role in the development of education in the new era. It is a concrete manifestation of the labor values of the new era in the field of education. In the process of accomplishing the fundamental mission, colleges and universities must regard strengthening labor education as a basic and important task. From the three dimensions of the subject status of college students, the pursuits of value of labor education, and the concepts and paradigms that labor education should follow, it is stated that student-centeredness is the value point of labor education in colleges and universities.
