| 摘 要： | 我国高校智库在生成机理、运行机理、发展机理上展现不同的价值特点,对其服务国家战略与经济社会发展产生影响。在"一带一路"倡议下,高校智库同我国对外开放事业存在紧密的关系,基于培养和供给"高精尖"人才方面较为薄弱、促进科技成果转化方面缺乏实际影响力、缺乏有效的运行机制、存在重量轻质现象等现状,高校智库需要在助力人才培养、科技成果转化、创新运行机制及文化服务能力上加强建设。

| Abstract: | China’s college think tanks display different value characteristics in the generation, operation, and development mechanism, which have an impact on their national service strategy and economic and social development. Under the "One Belt One Road" initiative, they have a close relationship with China’s foreign development. Based on the weakness in the cultivation and supply of "high-end" talents, the lack of practical influence in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the lack of effective operating mechanisms and the existence of weight quantity and light quality phenomenon, they need to strengthen construction to help talent cultivation, to promote scientific and technological achievements transformation, to innovative operating mechanisms and cultural service capabilities. |
