| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化是社会经济发展的需求,也是满足广大人民群众接受高等教育意愿的必由之路。但是,在高等教育从精英型向大众化过渡的过程中,必然要面对诸如教育质量可能下降、教育资源紧缺一类的问题。这就需要通过实施多元化办学和通识教育,平衡大学、政府和市场之间的关系,融通教育市场等措施,尽快引领高等教育实现大众化过程中从量变到质变的转化,从外延扩张到内涵发展的转变,最终走向健康和谐的良性发展道路。

| Abstract: | Higher education massification can promote the development of society and economy,satisfy the will that people want to accept higher education.But,during the process of higher education transition from the elite form to mass one,the higher education will face many problems such as education quality and the shortage of education resources.So it is urgent to diversify the higher education,fulfill the general education,balance the relations among colleges,universities,government and education market,and consolidate the education market.Which can accelerate the transition of higher education from quantitative change to qualitative change and from extensive expansion to intensive development during the process of higher education massification.If so,the higher education will develop healthily,harmoniously and positively. |
