| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料分析、分层抽样调查、专家咨询等综合研究方法 ,对浙江省中学体育教师的成才之路进行多角度、深层次和整体性的研究。以求全面了解和揭示其成长与发展过程中的某些规律 ,分析和预测现代素质教育对各级各类中学体育教师必备素质所提出的新要求 ,为广大体育教师的健康成长提供榜样力量和成功经验 ,为教育主管部门对广大体育教师的继续教育和高师体育系的培养目标与教育改革的深化提供有益借鉴 ,以不断完善体育教师的知识结构 ,加速体育教师队伍的整体素质和体育教学质量的提高

| Abstract: | By means of document-analysis, multi-sample-investigation, expert-consultation and other comprehensive research methods, the study was made on the road to success of the PE teachers in Zhejiang Province. This research intends to understand the over-all objective pattern of the development of the PE teachers; analyze and anticipate the new demands that middle school PE teachers of different levels have to meet in modern quality education, therefore to provide favorable references for educational administrations in setting up standards in personnel development, and to perfect the knowledge structure of the massive PE teachers in order to speed up the improvement of their over-all quality and the quality of PE teaching. |
