树舌胞外多糖提取条件优化

摘    要:对树舌发酵液中胞外多糖的提取工艺进行研究,考察发酵液浓缩比例、乙醇终浓度、pH对胞外多糖提取量的影响.在单因素试验的基础上,进行了正交优化试验,确定了树舌胞外多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:发酵液浓缩比例为1/2、乙醇浓度为80%、pH 7.0,此条件下树舌胞外多糖提取量为0.982g/L.

Abstract:The extraction process of extracellular polysaccharide in fermentation broth of Ganoderma applanatum was studied, and the effects of final ethanol concentration, pH, and alcohol precipitation time on the extraction of extracellular polysaccharide were also studied. Based on the single - factor tests, orthogonal tests were per- formed, and results showed that the best conditions of extracellular polysaccharide extraction were final concentration fermentation broth 1/2 times, ethanol concentrationS0%, and pH 7. Under these conditions, the produc- tion of extracellular polysaccharides was 0.982g/L.
