| 摘 要： | 纵向来看，江西日报报业集团报纸官微走过了“空档频出、时段集中、质量较低、定位不明”的试水期和“空档减少、时段分散、纸媒窗口、直播频现”的起步期，进入到“逐日更新、早晚覆盖、信源多元、质量提升”的发展期。横向来看，各报纸官微运营水平差距明显，运营模式各不相同，运营关联较为薄弱。面对媒体发展新态势，江报集团报纸官微应积极构建微博矩阵，实现流程再造；突显区域特色，塑造优势品牌；强化传统优势，追求差异生存；增强数据分析，达成精确推送；精选团队成员，力促基因重组。在服务地方发展，打通“两个舆论场”和凝聚社会共识中发挥应有的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The vertical perspective , the initial stage of Jiangxi Daily News Group newspapers administrative micro-blog came through three periods：＆quot;testing phrase ＆quot;,＆quot;beginning phrase＆quot;and ＆quot;developing phrase＆quot;.Lateral view, There is still a wide gap between the different administrative micro -blog, and operation mode of each are not identical , operation association is weak.Facing the new situation of media development , Jiang News Group newspapers administrative micro -blog should establish micro -blog matrix , implementation of process reengineering;highlight the regional characteristics , shaping the brand advantage; strengthening the traditional advantage , pursuit of differences in survival;enhanced data analysis , to achieve accurate push;select team members , promoting gene recombination.Play an important role in the ＆quot;two public opinion field＆quot;and the consensus in the com-munity. |
