| 摘 要： | 大学行政权力的基本特点是整体性、复合性和弹性。我国大学主要实行以行政权力为中心的管理模式,无论是高等教育宏观管理,还是大学内部的行政权力分配都存在着一些亟待解决的问题。未来大学行政权力分配改革的策略是:寻找行政力量与市场调节的平衡点,行政权力的行使要法制化与规范化,行政权力结构可适当分散并采取弹性控制,校长的管理方式与选任机制应多元化。

| Abstract: | It is integral, compound and flexible which are the elementary character of university's administrative power. The universities of our country execute primarily the managing pattern which is center on the power of administration, and whatever the high education micral management or the distribution of adminitrative power that inside university are all exist some problems expecting us to solve. The strategies of administrative power's distribution reform in futrue's university is to seek the balanced point between the administrative strength and market regulation, it must be legal and standard when fulfill the administrative power, structure of adimistrative power may properly separate and take flexible control, the manage manner and elect system should be multiplicity. |
