| 摘 要： | 生源质量是判断农村教师补充渠道优劣的重要标准。对湖南省的调查发现,农村教师定向培养政策有较强生源吸引力,生源质量"次优化"且初招项目生源质量优于高招项目;生源"农村化"且以农村家庭学习优秀、县城家庭成绩中上等的子女为主;生源主要来自中下和中中社会阶层家庭,后者更倾向让女孩或成绩中上等的子女报考。就业有保障、公费教育、回避高考风险等是促使学生报考定向培养项目的主要因素,教师职业稳定是重要因素。定向培养政策有较强生源吸引力的原因,在于其满足了各利益主体的需求:公费教育切合贫困家庭的生存理性,就业保障符合中下阶层家庭回避风险的逻辑,职业特性契合各阶层家庭对子女的职业期望。

| Abstract: | The quality of enrollment was an important standard to judge the quality of supplementary channel for rural teachers. Some conclusions were drawn based on the investigation of Hunan Province. The policy of directional training of rural teachers had a strong ability to attract students, most of whom were second best;the students were mainly from rural areas;they mainly came from the lower middle class and middle class families, especially for the girl students. Employment security, free education and avoiding the risk of college entrance examination, were the main reason of enrollment attraction;in addition, professional stability of teachers was also an important factor. Therefore, it could attract relatively excellent students, due to meeting the needs of various stakeholders. Specifically, free education accorded with the survival rationality of poor families, employment security was fit for the logic of risk aversion, and the professional characteristics were in line with the job expectancy of various social strata to their children . |
