| 摘 要： | 大学文化是指以大学历代积淀传承的精神为内核,延伸、拓展表现在大学软件与硬件等各个方面的综合,分为大学精神、大学制度、大学环境三个层次。我国大学由于建立时间晚,加上实用主义的影响,在文化上存在大学精神实用主义化、大学制度行政色彩浓厚、大学环境单调与贫乏等弊端。在高等教育快速发展的今天,尽快建立符合时代发展方向的大学文化是大学建设的重要使命。

| Abstract: | Abstract: University culture is the integration of hardware and software of a university which is the extension of university spirit that has been accumulated over years.It can be divided into three levels,namely university spirit,university institution and university environment.Due to a short history and the influence of pragmatism,university culture in china is characterized by pragmatismoriented university spirit,administrationcentered university institution and rather unattractive university environment.With the rapid development of higher education,it is every university's mission to cultivate university culture that is accord with the development of the times. |
