关于大学师生交往状况的实证研究

摘    要:本文采用多元回归分析的方法,对大学师生交往的有关问题进行了实证研究。研究表明,大学生的年龄、性别、成绩以及学生父母的受教育程度对大学师生交往有重要的影响;师生交往对大学生的发展有积极的促进作用。但是,由于种种原因,大学师生之间的交往频率不高,在有限的师生交往过程中,男女大学生所获得的成就存在着一定程度的差异。

Abstract:The authors conduct an empirical study on issues relating to communications between teachers and students in university based on a multiple linear regression analysis of investigation data. The study reveals that the interactions between university teachers and students promoted the growth of university students. However, a rather low frequency of communications is maintained between university teachers and students for some reasons. Further, this paper concludes that attainments differentiate between male students and female ones from such limited interactions with their university teachers.
