| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化进程包括量的增长与质的变化 ,两者呈非均衡性 ;高等教育大众化的前提是办学模式的多样化 ,其核心则是教育质量的多样化 ;高等教育大众化促使高等教育融入终生教育体系。关于高等教育大众化的政策方面 ,应注意解决好规模速度、资金投入、资源的开发与合理配置、毕业生就业等问题

| Abstract: | The process of higher education massification includes the increase in quantity and the change in quality, with unbalanced development in appearance. The prerequisite for higher education massification is the diversification of school running patterns, the diversification of teaching quality as its core. Higher education massification prompt the higher education integrated in the system of life education. The policy of higher education massification should answer questions on scale developing speed, financing investment, reasonable development and allocation of resources, employment of the graduates, etc. |
